1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how VYYRA Solutions, Inc. ("VYYRA", "we", "us") handles information collected through our website, vyyra.org.

2. Health information (PHI)

Medical services are provided by independent licensed clinicians through OpenLoop Health's network of affiliated professional medical practices (https://openloophealth.com). Health information you provide during intake, consultations or treatment, including protected health information (PHI), is not covered by this Privacy Policy. How that information is used and disclosed is described in the Notice of Privacy Practices.

When you choose "Get Started", you leave vyyra.org for the online intake at intake.vyyra.org, a separate application supported by OpenLoop. This Privacy Policy does not cover that application.

3. Information we collect on vyyra.org

• No medical information. vyyra.org does not ask for or collect medical information.
• Emails you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
• Technical information. When your browser requests a page, our website hosting and content-delivery providers receive standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. This is needed to deliver the website.
• Cookies and tracking. vyyra.org does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising pixels or other tracking technologies.
• Web fonts. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address and browser information. Google's use of that information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

4. How we use information

We use the information described above to deliver, maintain and secure the website, to reply to messages you send us, and to comply with legal obligations.

5. How we share information

We share information only with the service providers that host and deliver the website and our email, with Google Fonts as described above, and when required by law. We do not share website information with advertisers.

6. Your choices

You can ask questions about this policy, or ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, by emailing support@vyyra.org. The rights available to you depend on the law that applies where you live.

7. Children

vyyra.org and VYYRA's programs are intended for adults.

8. Security

vyyra.org is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections. No method of sending or storing information over the internet is completely secure.

9. Changes to this policy

If we update this Privacy Policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
